Repair 1m high retaining wall

Part of brick retaining wall fell over in floods on Monday. Small portion of lawn/garden fallen away towards footpath. Needs doing urgently as it is a potential public hazard. Needs to match surrounding stucco walls/house. Most cost effective option if possible would be to use current materials, repair and strengthen. Remaining part of wall still standing will likely need joining and strengthening too.
