Looking at buying a unit where one brick cladding wall has subsided down & outwards in 2x planes with respect to the timber frame & floor resulting in large cracks on the adjacent wall & the corner section bowing downwards & outwards. I assume you would demolish & reinstate approximately 7 linear meters of wall in total on two sides plus allow for one new window & repair an existing window sill.
