Exterior blockwork - filling in window hole

We have an 1800 wide by 1000m high window, we need 800mm wide in the middle blocked up with concrete blocks, to make two 500 wide windows on either side. So it's blockwork, 800 wide x 1000mm high. We will remove the window and the framing, it will need some chipping away at the sill and head to have a clean finish. We will then be installing windows in the two 500mm spaces. We are looking for this to be done ASAP
