Front brick fence with sliding electric gate

We need a rockstar bricklayer to do the footing and bricklaying of a new front fence for a corner section. 900mm high walls with 1500mm high pillars. Refer to the attached diagram for sizing and style. We also require aluminium louvers in between the pillars as shown in the example and an aluminium electric gate preferably with bft motor (or similar quality).
