Job description
Approximately 15m brick fence with metal inserts and 4.2m opening gate. I have added a sample photo of what kind of work we are looking at as well as the plan and measurements of the work to be done. Start time ASAP.

Trade was very responsive but the job took longer than expected, Brick fence was completed but with no gate which wasn't clearly advised at discussion of rewarding them the job . We later decided to proceed with the fence and no gate as long as they finished off the mail box post. Again the mail box post was not completed to our satisfaction, they said they were going to come back but after two weeks we decided to fix the post ourselves and install our own gate. Over priced for the fence only

I ended up paying my workers from my own pocket , made a loss on this job - My invoice was clear no gate/ also shown on texts as well as verbal discussion , you chose us to do the job & even negotiated price down further another $500 discount mid job.
