Cut 100mm hole in brick wall

Need to cut a 100mm round hole in a brick wall for a dryer vent. Half brick outside and drywall inside. Basically taking the ducting from inside the garage to outside. Hole is about 1.5m off the ground so super easy access. Just need someone to cut the hole and nothing else. Need a reasonable quote, and need the job done soon as possible.
