Phil was very professional and very helpful. At a time during the new year break, I didnt expect any response at all for maybe a week or two. But Phil responded immediately to my job. He came out and did the quote and explained what was the problem with our leaking chimney. He got the job done very quickly and in the end charged us less than the quote. He was very punctual, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and restored our chimney to a solid non-leaking structure again. Many thanks Phil!
