Existing Chimney

Hi, I have a timber construction house with a fireplace chimney outside which is showing signs of cracking. I am concerned it could fall over the roof. Can someone please have a look at the chimney and advise whether it is stable enough or does the chimney needs to be demolished, how much of it needs to be pulled down and if so how much will it cost? I have selected quite a few trades below so maybe this job doesn't apply to all? House is in papatoetoe. Please get back to me urgently as I want to make a decision. Thanks Aveen
