Vent holes in brick cladding and drainage vents in horizontal brick sills

i have sold my property and part of the conditions is to have the following work completed prior to settlement, which is 16 April. a. Drill vent holes in the tops of the brick cladding. There seems to be one wall of the property that hasn't got sufficient vent holes. b. Put appropriate drainage vents in the horizontal brick sills under the patio doors. Its not a big job, but a reasonably urgent one as the new people will not settle until this work is done. Can you please help???
