Block fireplace

I would like to builder a cinder block fireplace for an outdoor courtyard on top of a concrete pad. I also have some tiles to create a flat work surface on the fireplace. I have some ideas regarding design. Concrete pad dimensions are 190cm x 90cm. Concrete is well set and ready to go.
