Front Fence and hanging heavy metal gate

We have some beautiful decorative concrete formed blocks arrive from Australia and are ready to replace the solid block fence with them. We also have a couple of antique heavy metal gates to hang. We want to retain the bottom 2 or 3 rows of the exisiting fence and give them a plaster finish in a soft cream/off white. We are ready to rock now... so are looking for someone who can get it moving for us :-) The visual gives an idea of what it will look like, but the gate won't be wooden. It's an antique french metal gate that needs hanging. Along with an additional one at the side of the house.
