Block Wall Alteration

We need a block wall altered to widen the entry gate to our house. 1500mm needs to be cut/removed as per the photo marked in red. The wall is 900mm high and 140mm thick. We then want 5 blocks laid to form the end column to match what is currently there. Please advise if the blocks can be re-used or if it would be less time consuming if I supplied 5 new blocks?
