Brick & window repair

Steel L-bar from 1950s home has rusted and expanded above wood-frame window on bottom story of a brick built home resulting in cracks in bricks and pointing. Wood-frame paint job has weathered and wood frame also showing signs of rot. Last storm showed signs of leaking in home. We need to get this fixed up before winter. I need someone to fix up the surrounding brick work and replace the L-bar with a new one. The window frame also needs either repair or replacement. I've contacted some window suppliers for replacement quotes.
