Lay single layer of bricks in sand and cement on concrete

We finished a job and moved on but we've been asked by the Council to create a water trap. This is a single layer of bricks laid on concrete in two places, total is about 14m. Bricks provided. An experienced bricklayer with a trowel and mix could smash this in a couple of hours. Please contact if interested. Job must be done ASAP.
