New front retaining wall/block fence

Precast block fence required. Four high retaining wall as the base and 1200 mm high aluminium slat panels on top with a row of blocks separating each slat panel. Breezeline slats from sector panels in slate grey or quickscreen fencing by Stratco in woodland grey. Current fence to be removed and dumped. New fence to border front lawn and carry on up the drive to be finished with an aluminium gate at the section where pavers meet the concrete. Mowing strips required on front lawn and also the berm. Pic of example fence enclosed but I only want our fence to be one block width wide.
