Height extension of existing garden retaining wall

600mm extension on top of an existing garden retaining wall. The ground level along the boundary varies from 600 to 1200 high below top of the existing wall. Alllow for: 190 blockwall retaining garden wall, total 26 m' with 12 piers (also to be extended) at 2.4m typical D12-400 EW, verticals 700 long drilled and epoxied 150 deep. Concrete blockfill and all other materials to be included. Additional option is to build a 800 high Colorsteel fence on top of this.
