Window fill-in using concrete block

I have two windows that need modification. One needs to be filled in completely and the other filled half way. The existing exterior wall is textured concrete block. The finished job must match the original block work so you won't be able to tell that anything had been done . . . the window that needs to be half filled is:172cmx106cm. And the window that needs to be completely filled in is: 131cmx106cm. The size of the textured block is: 40cmx10cmx10cm. You supply labour, materials and remove rubbish.
