Repoint bricks above window and repair steel lintel
Job description
We are seeking a Bricklaying/Blocklaying LBP to replace/repair one lintel, cut out and repoint around 60 bricks above one bedroom window. In addition, replace one sheet of cracked fibre cement cladding above the same window. This maintenance job is to make sure the building is weathertight stopping moisture getting in. See photos for a more accurate description. I would like work completed between 4th and 14th April 2014.

Dave's communication has been excellent. I have been overseas and he has managed to email me photos of the work he has completed to date.This way progress payment could be made. I will will post a workmanship review once the job has been completed. HAD TO END UP REPLACING THE GABLE ENDS AS DAVE DAMAGED THEM DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE LINTELS. THIS WAS AN EXTRA COST I DIDN'T EXPECT.

"Gabel ends were 50 plus years old, cracked and needed replacing. It was not possible to remove brick lintels without existing gable ends falling out. "
