Build brick walls in place of french doors

We want to replace two french doors in the house with brick walls with good-sized windows in them. The walls in question are on top left and bottom left in the attached plans. The first plan is the current state of the house and the second one is what we want to achieve. The house is mostly brick with small parts from weatherboard and fibrolite. The sidings of the top left french doors are weatherboard and for the bottom left it is fibrolite. We want to remove the fibrolite part of the wall and make it all solid brick.
