Building inspection on a 2004 built house has revealed some individual bricks have detached from the cladding and/or grouting has cracked allowing the brick to move. I have counted 3 bricks myself but there might be a few more that need repair. Grouting colour matching will be required. Repairs need to be completed before July 20th.
