Brick Works - Repair and Alteration.

2 Items A - Repair morter to Bricks from Ground movement (1940 house). Approx 5 cracks. See images. Visit to property will be required. B - Chimney at front of house has/will be removed (by us) to the Ground Level. We then plan to put a new timber window, to match the existing, in next to it in its place. We have salvaged the bricks from the chimney removal. See images . Scope of work is to re brick around the new window and make good with the existing. We will take care of everything else. Council have confirmed that building consent for the chimney removal and new window is not required. Give me a call if you would like to go take a look at the house/works required. ---
