brick laying certificate

hi, I have been building a new house in pukekohe and during my build, my builder went under liquidation. the house is complete now but council requires a certificate for bricklaying. the brick in my house is just one wall for the garage but the house house is weatherboard. i am requesting is a bricklayer can examine the current brick laying and offer me a certificate. all council inspections have been passed. thanks
