Jts bbq

I want to build a outside bbq area . In a L shape formation 3.6 on the longest side and 2 meters on the shorter side. All 750 wide. In the middle of the long side I want a open fire box approx 1200 x 600 by 250 deep. This is to burn tea tree down to embers then we book our meat on top with large steel skewers. A possible concrete bench top is what I am also after.
