We've got an old property (circa 1910) where some dickheads over the weekend tried to pull down a partition of our brick fence, and nearly succeeded. One partition has separated from the rest, and is in danger of falling on to the pavement. We're fully insured, and my insurance company requires me to get a quote from qualified tradies to repair the fence. Here's the catch. This is a heritage house, so we require a job where aesthetically you wouldn't know someone's tried to vandalise it. If that isn't possible, then we would want a fully qualified brickie to state that in the quote, so the insurance company will recompense us for a full rebuild of the brick fence, to as close as possible to the original. We have full house and property insurance, but I don't have any idea how much quality bricklaying costs.
