Block walls

I need two block walls 2m x 2m each as part of a fence and then I have two further walls that form a stairway outside about 7 metres each side and going from a a couple of blocks high to a metre high? The footings are already in place. WE would like it completed in the next few weeks as have grass to be laid in september.
