New front wall and a bit of landscaping

We would like to have a front wall built. Our preference is that is is plastered over cement block or similar and will take the place of a small fence there currently. We have not done exact measurement but the wall will be about 7 - 10m long and we would want it to be around 1.8m high. Also, we would like to have landscaping done around the removal of a raised garden and large tree stump and grass put down instead. This backs onto where the wall will be. Happy to have the elements separately quoted.
