EQC Repair work & other things

I have a variety of work that needs doing and am considering opting out of the Fletchers system so would be grateful for quotes on the following: Demolish, remove and rebuild a single garage. Remove concrete block and replace (preferably with a wooden deck) Do something with the areas of step cracks in brick veneer Replace sofit beading (and associated painting) I also have damage to my garden wall and concrete paths which I am waiting for the insurers to assess. Aside from this I would also like a short 2m wooden fence erecting, driveway gates and a garden gate, so there is quite a bit of work there for the right person :)
