Garage pillar repair

A car drove into the central brick pillar of a double garage at a low speed. Garage is a standard 6m x 6m with corrugated iron roof supported by trusses. The damage is shown in the attached photos. I have contacted a builder who can do any building work, but the bulk of work will be the repair of the pillar.
