Brickwork repair

We didn't realize when we brought the property but when they have extended on the garage the brickwork has been cut and not tied back. To the left of the window moves if pushed. Also where they put in the new frame for the window there is a gap which needs to be sealed. There is also another snall section where the grout needs to be repaired
