I am seeking quotes from qualified builders for the following work: converting an internal garage into a home office/bedroom (3.15 x 2.70) and a bathroom ( --- ). The garage is a part of a two bedroom unit and measures 6.65x3.15cm. It will require:1. Building a front wall with matching bricks and a window. 2. Internal walls 3.15, 2.7, and doors3. Bathroom ( --- ) i.e. bathtub ( --- ), toilet, single vanity sink, tiles, etc. There is plumbing in the garage with hot water.If you would like, please provide separate quotes for bathroom and internal/external walls. Don't have permits and plans.
