compost bins

I would like to have some brick compost bins made and a 3m x 0.58m area next to them paved. I have some old bricks (dirty, but in the main mortar-free) that I would like to use for the job, but I might need a few extra. A complicating factor is that there was a structure there before and there is some concrete in the ground, which might have to come out. there is also a concrete border towards the grapes, which I hope may be useful as a support for the back wall? Some of the large pavers in front of the bin might also need to be cut. I'm attaching a photo of the area and a rough mock-up of what I would like the finished project to look like. The whole structure is about 2.8 x 0.9 x 0.8m. I have no particular hurry or timeframe.
