Repair defective summerhill block ties

Remove about 20 summerhill stone blocks on first floor of house wall between windows to ascertain cause of creaking (probably defective ties), repair and replace, repoint summerhill stone and replace silicone seal to the two windows. Simple scaffold required, plenty of clear flat ground at base. Time frame complete before end of November quote required and reference. See photo
