Repointing for Simon Collin

Some re-pointing required (needs to be colour matched to existing mortar). These are earthquake repairs that the previous house owner never got done. The EQ assessment was for approx 15m. Also some cracked foundation render, assessed as 4m2. If when the old render is removed the cracks are through the foundations, then that will need to be epoxy injected. It's been left 11 years already so there is no urgency. Pictures show typical example cracks
