Brickwork pillar needs rebuilding

We have a number of 6 foot ish brick pillars supporting our front fence. One of these has cracked at the base and is now dangerous. I have taken steps to secure it but it needs to be fixed now or, at the very least, properly (as in professionally) secured. It will need dismantling and re-building.
