We have some minor historic earthquake repairs needed before our house is sold. There is some cracking in the pointing (approx. - 6-8 small areas beside windows, and also some minor repairs needed to the ring foundation (one hairline crack and some plaster that's broken off). Would like a quote initially and then the job done as soon as possible.
