We have a sliding door that we no longer want. The idea is to remove the door, brick up 5 or 6 layers, then install a window into the gap. We would like it to match the adjacent window as closely as possible (see photos). We have a builder who will remove the sliding door, fit the new window and do the internal works, but we need a bricklayer to help us source the bricks and then lay them. Our builder has estimated that it will need 60 to 70 bricks. There will be a lead time of around 8 weeks as we don't plan on ordering the window until we can be sure of getting all elements of the job done.

Lee was great to work with. Quick to respond to communications, friendly and helpful. He happily worked around the other tradie on the job. His work was excellent - the end result of our new brickwork looks great.
