To grind out and repoint blockwork on house
Job description
I have a small amount of stepping in the blockwork on my house. (no painting needed) There is x 2 sills just the pointing as the sill bricks are well attached. step cracking below one sill (1 place) , step cracking in a lower corner, step crack above and below meter box, step crack below sill. step crack in wall (top to bottom ... the plants will be removed

Really good guy but would have given him 5 for communication but sadly he has not come back to me to provide the necessary paperwork. It is allowable to have someone sign off the work (which I need and was promised)
