Job description

Brick Pointing & Repair
Christchurch

There are three parts of the exterior that need repair. In one, the are just very minor cracks (less that 1mm wide) running stepwise from a window corner to the ground, involving about 8 bricks. In another, there is a brick that is physically loose at the top of the cladding, a bit of mortar that has popped out at another point, and some hairline cracks. In the last, there is a brick that is loose at the top of the cladding, and a small hairline crack running through a brick. The house is going up for sale and so ideally the job would be done by mid July.

Marc is a really nice guy, very knowledgable and full of good, free, advice. He did a fantastic job repairing earthquake damaged brickwork, and then water-blasted our house until it looked like new. Communication was great, he did exactly what he said he would do, and the cost was reasonable. We will use his services again, and he has our strongest recommendation.
