East elevation wall cladding on main house (Summerhill stone) - approx. 4m of cracking, EQC recommends grind out and repoint mortar. The bricks are currently painted so a touch up may be necessary. This work has been cash settled by EQC already.

BEWARE of this tradesman - this was a $200 job, and due to a bank mistake they got $2000 that they have had for over a month now and not returned my messages to get the rest of this money. Either not trustworthy, or out of communication - I don't know yet...
