Assessment for brick repairs and quotes - repointing or relaying?

My brick veneer has a number of mortar joint cracks and loose sill bricks. I initially need a couple of quotes with an assessment for EQC as an on-sold property with the work to follow at a timeframe dependant on EQC. Hopefully the job is just repointing - worst case would be if parts have to be dismantled and sections repaired. The property is one of two 2 bedroom units in painted Summerhill Stone brick. I need the assessment and quotes this month. The below photos are a small selection.
