Blockwork and concreting for inground water feature

I need someone skilled to finish off a job I don’t have time to do anymore. It’s a sunken water feature. See images. The (external) length is approx 5500mm x 1130. I would like compacted aggregate (already in the cavity), a layer of concrete attaching the breeze blocks (supplied) and then capping with pavers I already have ( see rough schematic). The location is not accessible by vehicle (i.e on the other side of the house from the driveway). Let me know if you can help. I'm after a quality finish. Thanks
