Licenced block layer needed for a small job

After a lbp to but in 200 series breeze blocks for a wall 600mm wide by 2450mm tall, I have the blocks and also the rio is on site and already cut and holes have been drilled in existing block work ready to go. The work needs to be checked off by an engineer so i'm only able to use a licenced person. Want done asap so we can continue on the renovation.
