Wall Cladding - brick veneer repairs (96m2)

Due to the EQC there is damage needed to be repaired to the outside cladding. This includes the following: o Cracked bricks o Displaced bricks o Cracked mortar o Separated bricks from windows/doors Ideally we will like to have the cladding to be repaired in- situ. The Engineer adviced: The fractured units should be removed and replace while the remaining can be repaired in place by proper masonry techniques. There are loose units which will need to be reset and ties in these areas shall be reinstalled as well.
