We have had some new paving at the rear of our house, which has covered the ventilation cracks on the foundation of the house. Im keen to have the grout removed on every third brick, to allow for air flow under the house, as it is quite musty. This was originally done on the front of the house, so it will be in keeping with what's already there. Hope someone can help. Many thanks!
