Repair Concrete Block Chimney

We have one chimney on a single storey 1970's house which needs to be replaced we think. It looks as though plastering repairs have been undertaken but there are large gaps between the blocks and it is all quite flakey. The house is just past Prebbleton, 10 minutes from Hornby. No disposal of old materials or painting required. We are wanting to have this done before winter please. We have a rural property with very good access for vehicle and tools/materials.
