Bricking up removed windows

We have a summer-hill stone house and need 2 sections filled in where we have taken out windows (see image). We have bought some recycled bricks (see image) which we would like used for this. The second part of the job is that some of our window sill bricks are loose (see image) and we would like these set in place properly. We have 10 windows and I would guess at least 6 of the sills need fixing but I need some one who knows what they are talking about to take a look. I am after some quotes so please get in touch if you are interested.
