Bricklayer Needed to Repair Loose Brickwork on Outside Windowsills - Small Job

I am selling my house and the Builders Report has come back stating that there is some loose brickwork on the lounge and bedroom windowsills. I am needing a qualified bricklayer to provide a quote with a view to doing this work asap. I've attached pics with arrows pointing to the loose bricks. There are two loose bricks in the first pic outside the lounge window, and one outside the bedroom window. The small arrow on the second pic just shows where there is a slight gap between the bricks and this will just need to be filled in. According to the builder, this should only be a small job.
