1990’s house, timber framed with brick veneer cladding to lower floor. Appears to be grey concrete bricks. A gas fireplace has been removed leaving a round hole in the exterior brick cladding. Remaining partial bricks need to be chipped out and have new bricks inserted to fill the hole. Also sealant from around flue surround to be removed from bricks to provide surface ready for painting. Owner will paint to match rest of wall.
