exterrior brick wall (EQ)

The bricks on the end wall of an L shaped house have cracked from the bottom edge of the window to the foundations (including around a the corners of the wall) and the bricks have dropped forward. They cannot fall off as they are wedged between the upper wall and foundation. I would like someone to advise / quote on it and possibly repair. We plan to manage this repair ourselves to make to house weather proof and will pay the tradesman and claim back form EQC.
