Retaining walls and driveway

We are planning a new build on a moderately sloping site .There is a retained driveway and garage platform to be created , with retaining walls from concrete block advised by the structural engineer, rather than pole + timber. The length of driveway is about 24M ,width about 6M. Retaining walls on average about 1.5M high, one above by cut into slope, one below by fill to wall. The driveway to be completed to a compacted base , suitable for sealing with either concrete or asphalt. Finished concept plans available with accurate levels and dimensions. No BC plans yet as estimating this cost is part of feasibility study for the whole build.
